I became a vegan a few years ago, and will never turn back to consuming animal products. My passion for health goes far beyond not eating animal products though. Oreos are vegan, but you will never catch me eating one of those. Eating an abundance of whole, plant foods makes me feel amazing and gives me so much energy. That doesn’t mean that I want my food to be boring. I love creating vegan foods that you think would be bad for you, but is actually filled with an abundance of nutrients that is giving your body the proper fuel that it needs.
I am also a firm believer that our health care system and food system is extremely corrupt and only makes decisions that maximize their profit. I want to help you dig through all of the lies that we have been told our entire lives. Through this blog I hope that you will learn the truth about the harmful ingredients that are in processed foods, and will help you to uncover the truth that the food and health care systems are trying to hide.
